The time has come to rethink coffee. I get in this mood once every few years. I know it’s coming on when I wake up one morning, make coffee, take a sip, choke and gag, and realize that what I’ve been drinking is little better than hogwash. It struck again three months ago. Since then, I’ve drunk several hundred cups of coffee in a quest to find something better. That part was easy. Finding the best coffee of a lifetime took a little longer.
