Our Kiosk at the Heath Ceramics factory and showroom opened in August of 2012. Heath Ceramics is the legendary studio founded by Edith Heath in 1954 in Sausalito. We are proud to be in a small corner of their beautiful new facility. Housed in the old Mission Linen factory, the building houses the Heath showroom, gallery, tile kilns, viewing atrium, and our coffee bar. A restaurant will be part of the project in the fall of 2013. Please read more about Heath Ceramics here.

We serve seasonally changing single origin espressi and espresso-based drinks on a two group La Marzocco Strada EP. We offer a rotating selection of blends for drip coffee on a custom-made drip bar of our own design using Bonmac single hole drippers. A selection of seasonally changing single origin coffees is available for pour-over using Kono drippers. All served, of course, in Heath ceramics. Coffee is available in paper cups for takeaway orders, too. We have treats and granola from the Blue Bottle Kitchen in Oakland and whole bean coffee available for sale. In what we think may be a first for a coffee bar, we are also serving single origin milk with our coffee – the 100 percent Jersey, vat pasteurized, certified organic milk from St. Benoit’s herd in Sonoma county.
