The coffee bar at our Webster Street roastery features a rotating selection of single origin espressi served on a variety of espresso machines. Currently, we are pulling espressi on a pristine, pressure-profiling La Marzocco Strada EP. Not unlike the old-fashioned lever machines from the 1950s and ’60s, the Strada lets a skilled barista shape the pressure curve to suit the requirements of a particular origin.
For brewed coffee, we offer a selection of blends and single origin coffees, prepared one cup at a time on a drip bar of our own design. Also available are products from our kitchen. Often warm from the oven. We have a small selection of high-quality coffee makers, grinders and espresso machines for sale. We offer beans to sell, dropped off five or six mornings a week. We use Clover organic milk and organic sugar.
